With everything going on in my life this year, I’ve had some terrible breakdowns. Emotional breakdowns and breakdowns in communication. I own that.
The people who love me have shown this year that they love me at my lowest, at my most raw and vulnerable. That is what communication and connection is all about. The deepest part of me, connecting with the deepest part of you. And us loving each other even more because of it.
Don’t prevent others the chance to make those important connections with you. You deserve to be seen for who you are.
